In close co-operation with the owner and together with the London top design studio, DeSalles Flint, LIGHTS of VIENNA developed the decorative lighting concept for Danzig’s new PURO Hotel!

The lights play on the history of this fascinating city: steel ropes, black metal, replicas of Edison light bulbs – a simple and straightforward concept. Metal satinated brass-finished hemispheres above dining tables and crane fittings on the walls round off the harmonious design of the hotel. Materials, which have historically played a significant role in Danzig, were used.

This project is the beginning of a longer-term cooperation with PURO. Further objects in Warsaw await LIGHTS of VIENNA fittings.
